Management was extremely nice and pleasant. Rooms are very well kept, I think that this is one of the coolest places I've ever stayed at. Price is great for what you get, I dont know any other motels that provide you with a couch, a dish sink, stovetop burners, tv, microwave, and separate bedroom for such a great fair price. Definitely staying here next time I'm in town.
I have been staying at this motel for about a month or two. And I absolutely love it. The price is affordable and reasonable. The rooms are so nice and comfortable! The manager of the motel is really nice and the housekeeping is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I definitely enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend if you are in the area! Thank you Prays motel for such a nice time!
I was skeptical about staying in a motel for a week but I actually enjoyed my stay very much. It 2as in my budget and the way the room was set up a front room with a kitchenette and bedroom was in the back room. Every one was very nice and owner was very accommodating to my needs, I also had 2 dogs so pets accepted. Was very clean, with great house keeping staff. Definitely recommend staying at Prays Motel. Thank you very much I will definitely be coming back next year.
Big rooms with a living room and kitchenette including. The weekly rates were the cheapest around and perfect for my 3 month stay in Maine. The owner is very nice and protective over her guest!!!!
I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are passing through or in a tight spot! The owner is a sweetheart and very accommodating. She did some figuring to help me out & get a family member in that same day with little to no hesitation on the inconvenience due to scheduling, availability, and time wise! It is also very very clean! The staff is just as nice! The refrigerator temperature dropped to nothing and within the hour she had a new one sitting there! I am very happy overall with the space and personnel!
Needed a place to stay before we could move in to ower new house. They excepted dogs. Very nice owners called from Connecticut said it was going to be late around 12:00 a.m. when we would get there. The lady said no problem just call when we get closer to Newport and she would get us checked in.
This place is very nice. My room was neat and clean. Virginia told us of places to go visit. She is a wonderful person. We will definitely be back.
Very clean. The owners are extremely nice. Within walking distance of a beautiful river walk and lake. I’ve never had any problems and if something needs attention Virginie takes care of it. Room rates are affordable. Very pleasant owners.
